Why Clarity Matters

When the product surface grows, users do not fail because they are inexperienced. They fail because the interface asks them to process too much at once.

I start by defining one primary action per screen, then reduce every secondary action into progressive disclosure.

Execution Pattern

  • One dominant action
  • One clear status indicator
  • Predictable navigation depth

This pattern reduced decision time and support back-and-forth in internal tools.
